On November 15th beginning at 9:00am Cindi Bulla will facilitate our orientation. We will also be performing our 2025-2026 Strategic Planning in the afternoon. Before this I will send a member survey with quite a few questions about how as an association how are we doing? Are we providing solid services etc. The results will enable us to change the plan accordingly. We pioneered the one page strat plan about 7 years ago. Many of you have seen the large plastic sign in our boardroom. When I was first hired, I found our current strat plan in my desk, it was at least 20 pages that probably no one had seen in a while. This session will be at the Country Club downstairs with breakfast and lunch. Thanks, Ken
